The brief:
How do you make technology feel human? That was the question at the heart of Journee from day one.

What I built:
I joined Journee to build the creative function from scratch — growing a team of twenty across strategy, creative, brand, and experience. I led the creative and product development, end to end: not just how things looked, but how they worked and what they stood for.


Journee combined two capabilities that had historically operated in separate silos: conversational AI agents responding in real time across any device, and immersive 3D environments creating emotional, spatial brand presence. Together, they defined a new category.

Since launch, Journee became the most-awarded company in its competitive space—spanning technological innovation, creative excellence, and exceptional delivery.

Alongside client work, I built experimental workflows using Flora AI that allowed non-specialist teams — not just dedicated creatives — to build AI characters as agents and populate virtual worlds themselves. Democratising the tools of world-building, not just using them.
